Saline PMU Removal
Procedure Time: About 1 hour
Experiencing eyebrow regret? Want to change up your look? With the saline removal technique, pigment is pulled out of the skin into a scar that tumbles off versus with a laser where the ink is being absorbed by the body. The saline solution “binds” to the iron oxides in the tattoo color pigments of the treated permanent makeup tattoo. The solution then safely lifts these pigments to the surface of the skin tissue through oxidation. A scab will form over the treated area which must be kept dry until it sloughs off naturally.
Because laser tattoo removal is not recommended for certain areas of the face like eyebrows, eyes, and lips, saline PMU removal is a much better option for the lightening and removal of cosmetic tattoos. This procedure cannot be used on lip skin, and can only be used to remove pigment outside the vermillion line (such as an overdrawn lip shape), on the face (freckles and beauty marks), and on the forehead (eyebrows).
Undo your unwanted permanent makeup safely and effectively with our saline PMU removal technique. We use a gentle and non-invasive process to fade and remove pigment without causing damage to your skin. Whether you have old or botched PMU, our personalized approach ensures you get the flawless look you desire.
Expect visible and wanted results in 3-6 sessions. Must wait 4-6 weeks in between each session. How many sessions needed will depend on how saturated the pigment is, how deep it was implanted and how much needs to be removed for the desired result.

Attention individuals with unwanted PMU! We are seeking models for our saline tattoo removal procedure, a non-laser, non-invasive method used to remove or lighten permanent makeup. We use specialized techniques to inject a saline solution into the tattooed area, which lifts the pigment out of the skin as the body's natural healing process occurs. This is a safe and effective option for those who want to remove or lighten their permanent makeup without the use of lasers or surgery.
This method of PMU removal is safe for brows, the face, and other paramedical tattoos (e.g., scar camouflage and areola reconstruction) but is not recommended for lip tattoos.
