Because laser tattoo removal is not recommended for certain areas of the face like eyebrows, eyes, and lips, saline PMU removal is a much better option for the lightening and removal of cosmetic tattoos. This procedure cannot be used on lip skin, and can only be used to remove pigment outside the vermillion line (such as an overdrawn lip shape), on the face (freckles and beauty marks), and on the forehead (eyebrows).
